Madison Keys has been wearing the Nike 'Maria Sharapova Collection' since the launch of the line at the beginning of 2010.
Below is an interview with Nike Tennis and a chance to get to know Madison.

HOW DID YOU GET YOUR START IN TENNIS?
I wanted the tennis outfits, and to get the tennis outfits I had to play tennis.
WHEN DID YOU KNOW YOU WANTED TO BE A PROFESSIONAL PLAYER?
From the time I was 4. I do not remember a time I haven't wanted to be a professional, so 4 I guess.
WAS THAT DIFFERENT FROM WHEN YOU DISCOVERED THAT YOU HAD THE ABILITY TO MAKE IT YOUR CAREER?
Definitely. I did not know that I had the ability until I played some of my first $10,000s and I was doing well in them.
DID YOU PLAY OTHER SPORTS OR HAVE OTHER INTERESTS BEFORE TENNIS?
I used to dance. I did ballet, pointe, jazz, and hip-hop.
WHY TENNIS?
I think that tennis is my perfect fit because I like being out on the court trying to figure things out, and when you do, it makes you feel amazing.

Power, offensive, all court.
WHAT IS YOUR MOST POWERFUL WEAPON?
I think my serve is probably my most powerful shot.
DO YOU HAVE ANY HABITS, ROUTINES OR SUPERSTITIONS THAT ARE PART OF YOUR GAME?
The night before every tournament I paint my nails, and I keep the same polish on the whole tournament, I never touch it up. So at the end of a tournament it usually has lots of chips and does not look very good. And about 10 minutes before my match, I start playing my iPod.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT TENNIS AND BEING ON THE TOUR?
I love being on the tour because you get to travel all around the world.
WHAT ARE THE WORDS YOU LIVE BY?
Life is short. Have fun.
WHAT HAS BEEN THE GREATEST WIN OR MOST DEFINING MOMENT IN YOUR CAREER?
I am still working on both of those.

I loved the shoes because they were loud and I designed them on NIKEiD. And I liked the shirt because it had the big logo on the front.
WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU COULDN'T PLAY TENNIS?
I would be a pastry chef.
HOW DO YOU SPEND YOUR FREE TIME?
In my free time I do homework, watch TV, and hangout with my friends and family.

WHAT DO YOU ADMIRE ABOUT MARIA SHARAPOVA?
I admire her competitive spirit.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT HER COLLECTION?
I love how all of the clothes fit. They are all really cute, but they are wearable for matches.
DO YOU HAVE A FAVORITE OUTFIT FROM HER COLLECTION?
My favorite outfit so far is either the green shirt and gray skirt from US Open, or the pink skirt and white shirt from Australian Open.
WHAT DO YOU LOOK FOR IN TENNIS APPAREL? WHAT ARE SOME MUST-HAVES?
I like bright colors, different designs, and comfort.
