Maria will play her 2nd round match at the China Open in Beijing on Tuesday against Elena Vesnina of Russia. Maria has played Vesnina once before at the Australian Open in 2008 and won in straight sets.
This match will be the 3rd match on the Lotus Court and the schedule of play begins at 12.30 local time.
