Photographer Annie Leibovitz has teamed up with Nike for its newest advertisements as part of the "Make Yourself" campaign.
In her first time collaborating with the brand, Leibovitz photographed the Make Yourself team:
Tennis players Maria Sharapova and Li Na, runners Allyson Felix and Perri Shakes-Drayton, soccer player Hope Solo, dancer Sofia Boutella, and surfer Laura Enever.
The first-released ad, at right, is done in Leibovitz's signature style, a departure from the campaign's first round of advertisements that featured brightly-colored action shots.
The ads will appear in upcoming issues of Seventeen, InStyle, and Glamour.
As WWD reports, Nike is tight-lipped about the costs of the campaign.
